Admissions Checklist
Welcome to Torah Academy of Boca Raton!
Below please find a checklist for our Yeshiva’s admissions process.

1) Complete the Inquiry Form.
2) Meet with our administrators and tour our campus by contacting Mrs. Rebecca Hochman, Director of Admissions, at rhochman@torahacademybr.org or call 561-465-2200.
3) Click here to complete the online application and records request through Parent Locker. Once your application has been submitted, Mrs. Miriam Wealcatch, our school Registrar, will contact your child(ren)’s school(s) to retrieve a complete copy of their school records.
4) After records review from the administration, Mrs. Rebecca Hochman will contact you to schedule your child(ren)’s in-person screenings with the divisional administrators. After the screenings are completed, the administrators will be in touch with you regarding school educational acceptance.
5) After educational acceptance, you will receive an email with a link to register your child(ren) online, pay the registration fee, and review information regarding additional required documents, including;
- • Florida health forms
- • Early Childhood Center forms
- • Lice Check Clearance letter
6) If applying for tuition assistance, please complete FACTS Tuition Grant & Aid Application by clicking FACTS. If you are currently a Florida resident, submit your Step Up application by filling out Step Up for Students. Additionally, if you are currently a Florida resident and your child is turning 4 by September 1st and entering Pre-K, fill out the VPK Application to apply for VPK. 7) Tuition contracts will be issued by our financial office and must be signed and returned. Tuition payment plans are processed through FACTS Tuition Management. Please contact Rabbi Niman for any questions.
8) To receive your admission cards, please be in touch with Mrs. Rebecca Hochman.
